Drip is to take the diversification of the Drop to its maximum exponent. Drip is Drop in all its structure, but 100% Drip in its unique personality. Designed by Christophe Mathieu for Bover, it is a lighting system that not only evolves in multiple types of product (wall lamps, tabletop, floor with tray support and USB connection, among others), but also in another screen concept. The Drip's lampshade gives us the feeling of being next to a totally different lamp when compared to the Drop. It is undoubtedly its screen, the alma mater of the Drip, simple, minimalist and with straight lines. The material of the small screen of the Drip is also borosilicate glass, thin and delicate. The choice of glass is closely related to the light it projects, a bright but intimate light. It creates atmosphere but at the same time has a practical utility for those who are close. “I always take into account the space where a lamp is going to be located because that is where it makes sense”, explains Christophe. The design and functionality of Drip and Drop fit perfectly in residential and Contract projects. Because it can be applied in multiple ways, it works very well in hotels, both in common spaces and in rooms.
